Private Coaching
Private Coaching
I offer private one-to-one coaching for individuals and couples who want a deeper, more personalised space to explore embodiment, communication, intimacy, and self-connection.
Coaching is:
Offered selectively
Time-bound
Held alongside my facilitation and speaking work
My approach is collaborative, trauma-aware, and body-led, supporting reflection, awareness, and integration rather than advice or fixing.
(Availability is limited and offered by enquiry.)
I am currently completing my International Life Coaching Diploma (Association for Coaching & ICF-aligned).
Coaching with Tongsayor
A space for truth, embodiment, and sovereign transformation.
Private coaching with me is not advice‑giving, fixing, or managing your life.
It is a deep, honest, embodied conversation designed to bring you back to your own wisdom, agency, and clarity.
Below is everything you need to know before stepping into this work with me.
What Coaching Is
Coaching is a co‑creative, forward‑moving process where we explore:
what you want
what’s in the way
what’s emerging in your body and nervous system
what choices or actions feel aligned
I guide you with presence, questions, attunement, and somatic awareness.
You guide the direction.
Together, we expand what’s possible for you.
Coaching with me supports you to:
reconnect with your truth
strengthen boundaries and sovereignty
navigate intimacy and communication
create clarity where there is confusion
move from patterns into choice
hold yourself through transition, change, or growth
What Coaching Is Not
Coaching with me is not:
therapy
counselling
advice
mentoring
emotional rescue
telling you what to do
I won’t diagnose you, analyse you, or decide your direction.
Instead, I help you hear yourself more clearly.
This gives you back your power — gently, honestly, and consistently.
What a Coaching Session Looks Like
Each session is a structured, intuitive, grounded conversation where we explore:
what’s alive for you right now
what you’re wanting to move toward
what emotions, sensations, and truths are present in your body
what options or perspectives are available
what step feels aligned
I may reflect patterns, ask questions you haven’t asked yourself, or invite you into somatic awareness so your mind, body, and truth can work together.
Sessions are confidential, relational, and spacious.
How to Prepare for Coaching
Before each session, I invite you to:
be in a private, quiet space
bring a journal or something to write with to capture your thoughts
take 10–15 minutes to ground your nervous system
set an intention or sense into what you want to explore
come with openness, honesty, and curiosity
This helps us work deeply, safely, and effectively.
Your Role in This Work
Coaching is most powerful when you are:
open to truth
willing to explore new perspectives
ready to take responsibility for your choices
able to be honest with yourself
committed to showing up consistently
You do not need to be “perfect” — only willing.
My Role in This Work
I commit to:
creating a grounded, sovereign, safe space
holding you without judgment
asking questions that open clarity
supporting your nervous system’s capacity
honoring your boundaries and pace
maintaining confidentiality
We walk side by side — not in hierarchy, but in partnership.
If You’re Ready
If this resonates with you, and you feel called to explore deeper work together, you are welcome to complete the readiness form and book a discovery call.
Tongsayor Coaching — Q&A
What is coaching with you like?
Coaching with me is a grounded, intimate, truth‑centered conversation.
We explore what’s happening in your inner world — your thoughts, your body, your patterns, your desires — and we bring clarity to what’s real for you right now.
I don’t give advice. I don’t tell you what to do.
I walk alongside you, helping you hear your own truth more clearly.
What does coaching help with?
Coaching supports you to reconnect with your sovereignty, navigate relationships and communication with more ease, honour your boundaries, and move through challenges with clarity and groundedness.
It’s for anyone who wants to shift from old patterns into conscious choice.
How do sessions work?
Our first session is an intake where we explore what you’re wanting, what’s emerging, and what direction feels aligned.
From there, each session follows a natural but structured flow:
• reflection
• intention
• truth‑mapping (mind + body)
• exploring options
• choosing your next step
Sessions are held on Zoom and are fully confidential.
What can I expect inside a session?
You can expect deep listening, meaningful questions, somatic awareness, gentle challenge, and a space where nothing about you is “wrong”.
We slow down. We look at what’s actually going on.
You’ll leave sessions with clarity, insight, and grounded next steps that feel aligned with who you are becoming.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No.
Therapy often looks to the past, healing, or diagnosis.
Coaching with me is present‑moment, sovereign, and future‑oriented.
We focus on truth, embodiment, choice, and the direction you’re moving toward — not pathology or analysis.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. You already have the answers.
My role is to help you access them with more honesty and ease.
I’m looking for someone to fix my problems — is that what coaching is?
Coaching doesn’t fix you — because you’re not broken.
We look at your patterns, beliefs, and embodied responses so you can work with them more consciously.
I support your clarity, not your dependency.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies. Some clients work with me for a few months during a transition; some for longer as a deeper exploration of sovereignty, identity, intimacy, and expression.
We’ll discuss what feels right during your discovery call.
What is your coaching philosophy?
I believe in truth, sovereignty, and embodiment.
I believe clarity is found when the mind and body finally speak the same language.
I believe intimacy with self creates intimacy with others.
And I believe when we listen deeply — without shame or story — we become more powerful, not less.
How much do you charge?
We’ll talk about fees once I understand what you’re seeking and how coaching can support you.
This ensures transparency, alignment, and that you’re choosing from clarity, not pressure.
How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
If you’re feeling the pull to grow, clarify, shift, or step into a more authentic expression of yourself — you’re ready.
If you’re curious, open, willing to show up honestly, and prepared to take responsibility for your choices — you’re ready.
What’s the next step?
You’re invited to complete the Readiness Form.
If it feels aligned for both of us, you can book a Discovery Call.
