GIAP (Tongsayor)
Speaker | Facilitator | Cultural Educator
Giap is a speaker and facilitator working at the intersection of embodiment, communication, intimacy, and cultural identity.
Her work focuses on creating spaces where honest conversations can happen — conversations about boundaries, power, consent, psychological safety, and relational awareness — in ways that are grounded, accessible, and respectful of context.
Drawing from lived experience as a Thai woman, professional experience in corporate environments, and years of facilitation in embodied practices, Giap bridges personal depth with practical structure. Her work supports individuals and organisations to engage with complexity without defensiveness or oversimplification.
Giap has delivered talks, workshops, and facilitated sessions across community, festival, and organisational settings, and currently works in a corporate role focused on culture activation and psychological safety.
She is completing an ICF-aligned Life Coaching Diploma (graduating 2025) and brings training in breathwork, embodiment, communication, and relational practices into her work.
Based between the UK and South East Asia, Giap works internationally, both in person and online.
