Welcome to Tongsayor.

I’m Giap — a speaker, facilitator, and cultural educator working at the intersection of embodiment, intimacy, and female sovereignty. I create spaces where individuals, couples, and groups can explore connection, communication, and power with clarity, respect, and depth.

My work is grounded in lived experience, cultural context, and years of facilitating conversations around nervous-system safety, pleasure, boundaries, and truth — particularly for women and couples navigating identity, intimacy, and healing.

My Work

Through talks, workshops, and facilitated spaces, I support people to:

• Reclaim embodiment and pleasure as sources of agency

• Develop honest, somatic communication beyond words

• Explore intimacy, power, and consent with awareness and care

• Unlearn shame and reconnect with self-trust

Alongside this work, I offer selective private coaching for those who want a deeper, one-to-one space to integrate what emerges through workshops or talks.

I am currently completing my International Life Coaching Diploma (Accredited Certificate in Coaching Training & ICF Accredited Coaching Education L1), graduating 2026.

My Journey

My own path began when I stepped away from the roles I thought I had to play and started listening to my body, my history, and my truth.

Through embodiment practices, conscious kink, somatic work, and cultural inquiry, I learned how deeply intimacy, power, and identity are shaped by lived experience — especially for women navigating trauma, migration, and expectation.

That exploration continues to inform how I hold space today: with humility, curiosity, and respect for complexity.
