What is is?

Mindfulness club with Tongsayor will bring Well-being enthusiasts together to participate in different activities, from mediation to sound healing, etc.! Much like the book club but all things mindful.

The Monthly Mindfulness schedule will be announced and invites will be sent out for individual sessions so you can attend virtual screenings in your own homes. 

We will go on a journey together through different mindfulness practices. This can range from meditation, mini workshops from recommended books/teachers, Rituals and talks.

After each session, you are invited to join in on the discussion that we will set up via an online platform! During these chats (message or audio/video chat) we can discuss the session we just attended.

A private Facebook group will be created for members to create a like minded community.

Mindful MondaY: 8am/PM gmt

Join us at 8am and/or 8pm GMT every Monday for some guided meditation and sound to start your day or to put you into a relaxed state at the end of your day.

We will be exploring different resources from Tongsayor’s guided meditation and applications recommended by teachers and online platforms. This allows the group to try different styles of meditation from different teachers.

Meditating in the morning can help with:

  • Bringing calmness before your day begins

  • Creating space for clarity

  • Organizing your day and thoughts

  • Feeling in control

Mindful Thursday Happy Hour was created to get you out the office to create a work life balance environment. Creating that space between work and home can help you de-stress so you can fully come together with your family.

We welcome you to a safe space to share mindfulness practices and talks and go on a journey inwards as a collective. Sessions can vary from mediation, sound, sharing circles, etc.
